First State Bank & Trust’s Bill Pay Plans:

Standard Plan

*First 3 months free and then $4.95/month for up to 20 bill pays

Relationship Plan

• Checking Account
• Debit Card
• Direct Deposit - Payroll, Social Security, etc.
• One other relationship - A “relationship” can be a checking, savings, loan, safe deposit box, credit card, cash reserve (any service offered by the bank)

With these criteria met the Bill Pay would be FREE to you!!

**Bill Pay does not make payments to the IRS, or any other government agency, nor do they make court-directed payments (such as alimony or child support)

**You can only pay bills within the U.S.

First Rate Checking Plan

* Bill Pay is free to all First Rate Checking users.

How to register for online Bill Pay

Go to www.firststatebankandtrust.com

After logging on to NETFIRST you will be asked if you want to sign up for Bill Pay.  Click on yes.

Review the Terms and Conditions, then click “OK”.

Fill out the application completely and submit.

Within 1-3 business days, you will receive an email from Metavante, our Bill Pay provider, confirming your Bill Pay service is activated.
