Cash Reserve Account
Cash Reserve Account is the name for our personal "line of credit" that's tied to your First State Bank & Trust Co. checking account. In essence, the Cash Reserve Accounts lets you approve your own loan on the spot.
If you want to write a check for more than you have in your checking account, you can, and we'll put the money in your account in multiples of $250 (up to your approved limit). The cost for this service is merely $15 per year and a $1 transaction fee each time the account advances, in addition to the interest charged. Payments are automatically deducted each month from your checking account. If you should happen to overdraw your checking account, your Cash Reserve Account automatically provides the protection you need to save you the embarrassment as well as the overdraft charge!
